During a professional headshot session, we focus on capturing high-quality images that convey confidence, professionalism, and approachability. Here's what typically happens during the session: Pre-Shoot Consultation: We start with a consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and the intended use of the headshots. This helps us tailor the session to meet your specific needs and ensure we capture the right look and feel. Location Selection: As we currently operate on location or venues, the client will need to provide a suitable location for the shoot. Alternatively, if the client prefers, they can opt to pay extra for the rental of a location. We'll work together to find the perfect setting that complements your brand and personal style. Professional Setup: Once the location is confirmed, we'll set up our professional equipment, including lighting and backdrops, to create a studio-quality environment. This ensures that we achieve optimal lighting and background conditions for your headshots. Posing and Direction: During the session, I'll provide guidance on posing and expression to help you look your best. Whether it's a corporate headshot, a LinkedIn profile picture, or a personal branding image, I'll ensure that your posture, facial expression, and body language convey confidence and professionalism. Multiple Outfit Options: You're welcome to bring multiple outfit options to the session to add variety and versatility to your headshots. We can discuss wardrobe choices during the consultation to ensure they align with your goals and the intended use of the photos. Relaxed Atmosphere: I strive to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere during the session to help you feel at ease in front of the camera. This allows for natural and authentic expressions that truly reflect your personality and professionalism. Review and Selection: After the session, we'll review the images together to select the best shots. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and choose your favorite images for editing and final delivery. Post-Processing: Once you've made your selections, I'll professionally edit the chosen images to enhance their quality and ensure they meet your expectations. This may include adjustments to color, contrast, and lighting to achieve the desired look. Delivery: Within a specified timeframe, you'll receive the edited high-resolution images digitally, ready for use in your professional endeavors.
Cancellation Policy
**Pro-Cut** Thank you for considering Pro-Cut Multimedia Productions & Solutions for your photography/Videography needs. Please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Process: Secure your preferred date and time via our website www.procutmultimedia.com/book-online or by contacting us directly at Tel: 876-796-2181. Provide the necessary details to complete your booking seamlessly. 2. **Payment Policy:** A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with Pro-Cut Multimedia Productions & Solutions. The remaining balance is due three days before the scheduled appointment or upon the photographer's arrival before any photos are taken. We accept payments via cash or debit card. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. 3. **Cancellation and Refund Policy:** Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the appointment are non-refundable. 4. **Rescheduling Policy:** Clients may request to reschedule their appointment subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply for appointments rescheduled within seven (7) days of the original date. 5. **Privacy Policy:** We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of scheduling and providing photography services. For more information, please review our privacy policy on our website. 6. **Liability Waiver:** By booking our photography services, clients agree to release Three-Two-One Media from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the photography session. The outcome of the photo session depends on the client's reasonable cooperation during the session. Pro-Cut Multimedia Productions & Solutions cannot be held liable for any poor outcome of a session due to the client's failure to provide reasonable cooperation, including following the photographer's directions and instructions during the shoot. 7. **Confirmation and Communication:** Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their appointment. We will also provide any necessary communication leading up to the appointment to ensure a smooth process. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
